First off, neither those morons, nor you, know the first thing about “what holds buildings up” or “why or how they collapse”. “ARCHITECTS & 3ngineers for 9/11 thrush”? Architects make buildings pretty & supposedly functional. Structural engineers tell the architects whether or not their buildings are going to stand or fall. When it comes to “tall buildings”, Architects are explicitly prohibited from attempting to do the engineers’ job. There are precisely ZERO structural engineers with a demonstrable background in “tall building” design in ae911troof. They are 100% competence-free.

On the other hand, virtually every structural engineering society (including SEoNY) has given their approval to the NIST Report (which was prepared by structural engineers with “tall building” backgrounds) and which ae911t disparages. The analyical methods & conclusions of the NIST Report are now taught in advanced structural engineering programs around the world.

NOBODY in the engineering world pays any attention to Richard Gage & his wacky bunch of out-of-their-league incompetents. It is EXTREMELY illuminating that gage takes his embarrassing dog & pony show to the American Institute of ARCHTECTS convention each year, but has NEVER shown up at any Structural Engineering convention. Why is that, you might ask. For the same reason that this clueless “Doctor” sells his wares at “holistic healing conventions” but won’t show up at any REAL medical convention.

I agree e-bikes are a fabulous mode of sustainable transportation. They help bridge the gap between human-powered bikes and four-wheeled motor vehicles that run on gasoline. I highly recommend adding an e-bike to your fleet. They definitely make Duluth's hills easier to climb.

Wow! I've seen people on these things and always wondered if it was worth a try-I've heard that ebike Duluth has some pretty rave reviews!

I don't live in Duluth but have long followed the "drama" that is the school board. I venture to guess that Mr. Martell may be the most qualified person to ever run for the school board in Duluth. His financial knowledge, in particular, is extremely impressive. So why has he not won? You can blame the DFL and Teacher's Union, but that doesn't give a full picture. Every time Mr. Martell addresses the board or writes about them in this fine publication, he's confrontational. He makes fun of the speech mannerisms of board members. He's not civil. That doesn't mean a speaker or writer must be civil at all times, but if you want the voters to warm to you, you must. Not having him on the board is a missed opportunity for the residents of Duluth, but he also owns some of the blame.

I have measured this in my community and area for over a year as I had become ill from all of my wifi devices and doctor confirmed it was radiation sickness. The levels have continuously been escalating. Just this week they were suddenly five to ten times higher than normal so on extreme indicator constantly. I knew that was coming. People......especially children will think they have covid. Symptoms are identical and long haul is absolutely about this illness, not covid as far as Ii am concerned. We are at war with these psychopaths.
