The dog owner made it clear in thy he beginning of the article that the dog ran out and they continued to pack rather than go after their dog. Then he even said he thought the dog was chasing a deer or something, then denied it later in the article. I had a dog kill all of my chickens in the time it took me to run 50 ft. It isn't bloody either. The dog just runs to each chicken breaking its neck! I did not photograph my dead chickens either. Then they talk about the loss of his chickens in 2 very disrespectful ways; 1) they assume it is simply a monetary loss. He may no TV want to admit it, but he may have oved his chickens. And 2) they assume he was lying.! The dog was unleashed and on his property, if he felt at all threatened he had a right to shoot it with or without dead chickens.
