It's true that having an off-leash dog is a misdemeanor offense--something that Juan and company can't stop complaining about--but that doesn't make it any more legal to kill the dog. If we were to extend such reasoning to other areas, motorists would be allowed to run over jaywalkers, because jaywalking is illegal. Perhaps that is how they deal with jaywalking on Madeline Island. I like how after the dog went missing for only just hours. The family of the dog decided to leave the island. They left him for weeks before returning to actually look for the dog.

Thank you. As far as I know, the city does not incur debt to pay for routine maintenance of streets. The street improvement debt is what we are scheduled to fully pay off by 2021.

We also need to make sure only American's are voting, and that unions aren't intimidating their members by showing up at their homes with early voting ballots already filled out.
