The Choo Choo has been dishing up the goods for decades, on US 2, a great place to contemplate stopping if you are heading from Duluth to Bayfield or the Apostle Islands. They started with the complimentary Parmesan bites (free w/ pizza order), trimmings of pizza dough deep fried, and sprinkled with cheese. They reported they were very good when served piping hot. On to a thin crust pie, hand-stretched dough, and apparently sausage and pepperoni made to the bar’s order, as well.
