Ages 55+ Day Trip to Lake Superior Zoo with Duluth Parks & Rec
We will visit the Lake Superior Zoo for a private guided tour, and special behind the scenes program. Learn how the Association of Zoos and Aquariums are helping with ring-tailed lemur conservation, what you can do, and meet a zookeeper to watch the lemur troop feed! After the program, we will have lunch at the Safari Café (on own or bring packed lunch). After lunch there will be free time to explore the Zoo. We will be taking a small 12-passenger bus. This bus has two rows of 6 seats that face each other. There is room to set bags down on the floor. This trip will have a significant amount of walking, please wear appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor walking. Important information *Times are subject to change *Lunches may be brought and left on coolers in the bus. Food options are available for purchase at the Safari Café. *Masks are required indoors for all individuals (regardless of vaccination status) ages 2 and older. Hand-sanitizer stations are available throughout the zoo.
