Superior’s Time Arc Theatre launches a summer crime wave with two original one-act plays. Murder in Poplar relates the actual 1911 murder of the Amnicon town supervisor. Heartbreak is a fictional tale set in Superior’s North End on the eve of the city’s vote to ban the sale of liquor.
