Vote no on constitutional amendments

No matter our zip code, what we do for a living, or what we look like, we all want a state government that works for us.
But there are some that want to stop the government from working. In August, we will vote on two constitutional amendments that will prevent Wisconsin’s governor from doing his (or her)  job. It will stop him (or her) from accepting and allocating federal funds without the legislature’s approval.
Remember the height of the pandemic? Wisconsin’s legislature was the least active full-time legislature in the nation. When they refused to govern, Governor Evers accepted nearly $20 billion in gifts from the federal government, money that kept Wisconsin going.
And for 10 long years, the legislature has refused to accept Medicaid expansion money. While all our neighbors –  every last one of them – take those gifted funds, we don’t. Even conservative stalwart states like Mississippi and North Carolina saw the light and accepted the funding. But not Wisconsin. Nope. We just leave that money on the table.

And this same legislature wants us to change Wisconsin’s Constitution to PERMANENTLY prohibit the governor from accepting and allocating federal funds without their permission?
Why on earth would we vote for that?

Let’s save heterosexuality

Responding  to Peter Johnson (Why all the hatred between both sides.). I never wrote that I hate Democrats, Liberals; or  condemn gays and Transgenders, but seriously pointed out the dangers of those lifestyles and how they are harming children, teens and families. Doctors take an oath to “do no harm “yet many are destroying children’s bodies with dangerous drugs and surgeries instead of allowing normal puberty. Many “Trans” have regrets blaming parents and doctors for not protecting them, as Transgender Chloe Cole regrets mastectomy/Hysterectomy on” You tube.”

Read “Irreversible Damage.”
Why does the  GLBTQ condemn Christians? They seem to want to hide the truth that AIDS still kills, higher rate of Venereal diseases; more depression and suicide mostly from bad relationships. Let’s be serious, Peter, and pray for them, plus save heterosexuality.
Jesus said “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. He did not send his Son (Jesus) to condemn the world but the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16.J esus ate with sinners and said “the whole and righteous need no physician, but the sick and sinners need repentance” Luke 5:31-32. He loves ALL OF US sinners and all just need to ask Jesus’ forgiveness and for healing. Seven years ago I asked Jesus to please lessen my addiction to chocolate but He removed it all and now chocolate makes me sick. Jesus healed millions plus GLBTQ, read “Born Again This Way” by Rachel Gilson., “A Change of Affection” and “5 Lies of our Anti-Christian Age” by Rosario Butterfield.

GLBTQ  now indoctrinate students K-12 . Jesus said “do not offend these little ones” Matthew 18:6. The book”The Homosexual Agenda” comes true. Jesus said “he made them male and female and a man leaves his parents, cleaves to his wife to become one” Matthew 19:4-5
Jesus said “out of the heart of men proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual immorality, thefts, wickedness, deceit, Pride, foolishness: all come within ,and defile the man”Mark7:21-23.
I welcome passionate ideas if you also welcome mine. Foxnews shows more truth than the main media.
I was a hospital nurse for 43 yrs and cared, with love, equally for all kinds of people, gays, shackled prisoners, all races.
Many will call me a bigot rather than truthfully  protect children, families and society from sexual confusion.

Remember the “suckers” and “losers”

Of all the disturbing, disrespectful,  profane things Donald Trump has said, a comment he made in 2018 during a visit to France commemorating the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI is probably one of the most grotesque. He was to visit an American cemetery where 2,200 Marines are buried, but the trip was canceled due to weather. Trump said to senior staff “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” He said the Marines who lost their lives at the Battle of Belleau Wood were “suckers for getting killed.”

My dad was a World War II veteran. Many of my friends and relatives are veterans of various conflicts. Trump has grievously dishonored every veteran of every war with these contemptuous statements. What kind of a person would think these thoughts much less say them out loud?
If you are a veteran, if you are related to a veteran, if you know and love a veteran, are you really going to vote for someone who holds veterans in such shameful disregard? After all, the president is the Commander-in-Chief of the United States.
