Duluth Sister Cities International invites all neighbors in the Duluth community to the Japanese Peace Bell Garden in Enger Park. Free root beer floats, demonstrations by Duluth East Daredevils FIRST Robotics Team 2512 and the Duluth Veterans for Peace, as well as a ceremonial ringing of the Peace Bell after addresses from former Duluth Mayor Gary Doty and others.
